Verizon Debuts $10 'Value Pack' for Feature Phones

Verizon Wireless today announced a new monthly application bundle for users of its Brew-based feature phones. The bundle includes VZ Navigator, Ringback Tones subscriptions, Mobile Email, and 75MB of data for $10 per month. The bundle will be available for a limited time, and most feature phone users are eligible to take advantage of it. Verizon notes that the bundle can save customers as much as $10 per month compared to purchasing these services separately.
So glad I just escaped "cell hell" with VZW & ATT...
For a "limited time"? Whoop-pee! $10 to check email & for a whopping 75MB of data, not to mention a junk navigator. I am excited! Just left AT&T-Mobile for Boost. I hope they stay true to their plans & in a few short months I should be paying $35 for EVERYTHING UNLIMITED! I love Verizon's large high-speed network & would be there in a New York minute if it was even double what Boost/Sprint charges for unlimited talk, text & especially data, but this gouging for every little thing & charging assanine amounts for unlimited with VZW/ATT has got to stop!

Verizon also just came out with "unleashed" unlimited everything for $50. The phones for this service are just about the worst phones you could imagine & this "service" is only available in a few states. They charge taxes and fees on this too so mayb...
