Apple Fires Another Salvo at HTC with New ITC Complaint

Apple has filed another complaint against competitor HTC with the U.S. International Trade Commission. The patent infringement lawsuit seeks to block HTC from importing "personal electronic devices" into the U.S. The full nature of Apple's new complaint against HTC and the particular patents involved weren't immediately made clear by the ITC. Apple and other smartphone makers have been battling one another in various courts regarding smartphone patents. Apple has pending litigation against HTC scheduled for a trial on August 5. Apple also recently filed a similar complaint against competitor Samsung.

With this bullying that Apple is wasting energy on maybe they should focus on making friends with manufactuemrers n developers or one day they will be left out alone flapping in the breeze after pissing so many people off. Boycott comes to mind but why punish the employess of Apple they are only following their dictators commands.
Especially since Apple has hired some of the manufactures to make parts for their IPhones, like Samsung made displays for them.

Newsflash. Today in a stunning move, Apple filed a complaint today with the ITC against the Vatican and other world Religions. Apple's complaint states that reference to a Deity or Deities is an infringement against previous Apple patents dating back to the beginning of time. Apple further contents that use of the word Worship is also an infringement as that word is always used in reference to Steve Jobs.
Apple says it has issued 'cease and desist' letters to all world religions and expects immediate compliance or it would release 'The Wrath of Steve Jobs' upon them.

You know, this whole thing is ridiculous.
For example, I don't hear about car manufacturers doing this.. or cereal companies, or heck candy companies for creating similar products.
They really need to give up the idea of complete world domination. Is Steve Jobs doing this or is it Pinky and the Brain?

Also it IS Jobs doing this as the Brain would never engage in that much court litigation and even Pinky has the common sense to realize how idiotic being a patent troll is. ;)

that the top spot they have been holding onto is coming to a end. Right now their phone quality and its capabilities are top notch but "Come on Man". Everyone is not trying to copy everything you guys do. You may have change the way phones are design and made but this doesn't means everyone is copying. The game is en-voling. Why don't you evolve with it. Stop trying to block everyone else success.
