Apple Schedules iPhone Event for October 4

Apple has invited members of the press to its Cupertino campus for an event tagged "Let's Talk iPhone." Apple is expected to reveal details about iOS5 and a new version of the iPhone.

I'm amazed how idiotic people can be about the iPhones...they have to have one(but they don't know what it looks like or has for features) but HAVE to get it...they could shape it like a piece of dog crap and some people would still wait overnight to get it because it is an Apple product...
Is this the only thing people can say? Maybe people are just expecting it to be another great product (which it is). If it wasn't, then we wouldn't see phones that are just like it. They changed everything. Find a thing to complain about.
