ITC Agrees to Hear HTC's Complaints Against Apple

The U.S. International Trade Commission today revealed that it will investigate the patent complaints made against Apple by HTC. HTC is asking the ITC to block Apple from importing and selling devices such as the iPhone because it believes the iPhone violates HTC's patented technology. Apple has already filed a similar suit against HTC with the ITC, and the ITC has already agreed to investigate Apple's claims against HTC. No decisions have been made in either case.
