T-Mobile Delivering Gingerbread to LG G2x Once Again

T-Mobile and LG this week have resumed delivering Android 2.3 Gingerbread to the G2x. In addition to Gingerbread, the update improves battery life, improves the functionality of the user-facing camera, and addresses random reboots.

I'm surprised they are unloading Gingerbread on this phone so fast! It's the newest and latest version of Android right?

I'm so glad Google made that deal with the manufactures and carriers to keep all Android devices current, otherwise this phone might be stuck on an older version of android than what it is capable of.

oh, wait...
We released the update to 2.3 a while ago, but it was met with user headache and some other internal issues. So now its being brought back. Hopefully it goes alot better than last time.
