Seeing on Boy Genius that Apple is looking to go after Samsung on patent infringement for the S III just like they did to HTC. I understand that Apple is not going to be happy until everyone has an iPhone surgically attached to their hands, but this has gotten ridiculous. Compete in the market, not in the courts!!!!!

so your problem is that they are only offering the 16gb version or that you don't have lte coverage??? if 16gb is not enough, they are also offering a 16gb card for $39, thats a reasonable price and probably cheaper than the 32gb version of this phone...
