Not necessarily. I think the "standard" setting is 5mp. They over-sample a 41mp image to create a nicer 5mp image.

There is an error in the spec sheet that is listed on the website, so apparently, this device does support AWS.

Yep...41 MP. Which is pointless. Photo quality tends to stop improving somewhere around 14-16MP due to limitations of the human eyes.

But yeah...go Nokia lol
