Motorola Announces CDMA RAZR
great
By the way...this has Verizon written all over it. And I think they'll need it to redeem them for the v710.

If Nokia or any other manufacturer for that matter would release a well built high end CDMA phone (High end meaning that it contains Bluetooth as well as a good camera and other features) I might consider switching to a CDMA carrier but by then Cingular will have HSDPA nationwide and it wont really matter.
It's not up to Nokia. They have, for example, the 6255i that is a CDMA phone that has plenty of features including Bluetooth. Motorola had the (real) v710. That does us no good if Verizon won't sell them to us, without crippling them.

They'll need more than Motorola to redeem a Motorola 🤣

he is saying they SUKK
And of course they make good phones for Europe and Hong Kong, cause they're not as stupid as most Americans to spend money and crap. Same goes with automobiles, American cars overseas are 10x more than what they are over here, cause they won't buy no cheap sh*t, so naturally they need to make it worth their while.

I always get a good laugh out of it when I have customers who buy a Motorola because it's a 'good American phone.' I just don't have the heart to tell them that it was manufactured in China (or Germany if they're lucky).

Great now we can stop seeing all the questions about the RAZR being compatible with VZW service.

SK telecom (Korea) has bluetooth phones but they are cool to the future uses of bluetooth. They are looking for something better beyond bluetooth.
I believe that Cingular will do the same when they launch HSDPA.
There are better wireless data systems than bluetooth but unfortunately they are not available on wireless phones until late this year. And then they will be available on SK Earthlink, an MVNO on Verizon and Sprint.
