Does apple even listen to the words that comes out of it's own mouth? Based on that logic, a piece of a machine or a puzzle, if it is a small piece, doesnt matter, and you should be able to use it / do what you want with it just because it is a small piece?
Let me tell you - without a piece, the entire puzzle is incomplete. This is just crazy logic here.

Yes. It's called hypocrisy, and Apple does it well... (see Samsung case).
Apple took ideas (or pieces) and made them better. Just like Samsung did. Hypocrisy.

That's a good catch, I think judges and juries should rule against Apple just to punish them for their arrogance.....
