Lack of Customization?
I just got a Heat yesterday and like the phone and the service quite a bit. My biggest beef is it doesn't seem I can customize the phone very easily. I'm mainly talking about default settings. The T9 texting SUCKS bad on this phone, and I'd like to have it automatically be abc, but I can't figure out how. Any clue?

Isn's this phone the CDMA version of the E900? I know it doesn't have the flash slot, but other than those things, its the same phone right?
Confusing review
What a confusing review of the Heat! The reviewers writing style left me wondering, several times, which phone he was referring to, the Heat or the Drift.

BOO~ no memory card
even though i'm a big SAMSUNG fan.. this is kinda disappointment... no memory card... i mean it looks exactly like the E900 but no memory card slot?? hmm i'm kinda disappointed.. i'm leaning towards LG these days now... but still SAMSUNG is #1 for me...
No memory card slot is part of how they make it smaller and cheaper. If you want the memory card slot, get the Drift.

i mean the phone looks nice and has good features but NO MEMORY CARD SLOT!!!! kinda disappointing i mean E900 has the memory card slot and its the same size... oh well...
