Never heard of this app before, never seen it advertized anywhere, never seen it preloaded on a device. Seems pretty redundant, sharing photos in one area, and the ability to upload them to facebook, which the phone itself can do with that built-in function.
Is a multi-platform messaging application. Think of it as whatsapp. (it is free)
It even has some more robust features; is not that popular though.
