Well.....

Why not run behind these people at the same time with a roll of toilet paper?
One should be able to use common-sense instead of needing a notification. Sure its a convenience.
One subscribes to a limited allotment hence the word limited.
What next? A notification electroshock therapy appointments?
I do find this quite bizarre.

If you're signed up for a service that bills you, you shouldn't need a reminder to tell you how much your bill is going to be.
