Instead of paying them 4 million, they're still PAYING TO Motorola nearly 2 million... how is it a victory for Microsoft that the judge ordered them to pay Motorola? I mean, yes, I get that they managed to lower the payments, but really... they still lost. 😕
Not millions. 4 Billion dollars is what Moto was asking for.
It is a victory for Microsoft because the judge agreed with them that Motorola's proposed fees were excessive....
