I cannot get my laptop to use any apps i download from playstore for wifi hotspots so i can use my phones internet to get wifi on my laptop. Anyone know how it works exactly

if we talk about limited market place regarding move-ability and price concern then it is costly. but in small spectrum it is very reliable, device is costly than that other carrier.
