If what Verizon says is true, then the Post Office has editorial discretion to open your letters and read them, and then either refuse to deliver them or edit them. And perhaps they should start with all of Verizon's written communications.

I Disagree with Verizon
Most of us can reasonably agree that most of the telecommunication laws are archaic and should be re-evaluated and updated. However, one thing that should not be tampered with, is the importance of being able to have access to ALL internet material and subjects administered through publically funded ownership of given broadband airwaves. The FCC has clearly made point of carriers being able to exersize their rights to protect their networks through these rules if needed. However, it appears VZW wants to control more than just reasonable protection. More over restricting its customers from free material that is deemed accessible for all.
