Slow rollout, poor availability, and improper pricepoint was its downfall
Poor execution of distribution, perceived pricepoint, and communication was it's downfall.

Does it even matter at that price point iPhine now has $99 5c
$600 direct from Motorola vs. new iPhone 5c. Motorola Google fumbled this rollout. It was the best for about 2 weeks. And only for AT&T customers. Now it's passe. Everyone say hello and goodbye to Moto X. It was fun while it lasted. Rollout=Epic failure. Even the media couldn't save it.
