These patents are such BS, perfect examples of whats broken with Patent law. These patents are not novel nor unique, or innovative, and they should have never been granted. But now at least you know whenever you buy a HTC, you paid some money to nokia and sony for these particularly brilliant innovations to the field of cellular technology.
