Page Plus

The facebook page is inundated with negative comments berating the company.
Technology is not flawless by any means and far from perfect.
One pays for a service and expects a service. Understandable. On those rare occasions when problems occur, some patience is needed.
Alternative means can be found be the effort made to communicate until the issue is resolved. Humans are quite adaptable. That is how we got as far as we did in the past 30 years with technology. Just an FYI..... 😉

Verizon too?

This may have impacted Verzion prepaid as well, my mother's phone would not dial out, calls to it said the number had been disconnected, and texts would not go through. When trying to log into the account online, all it would say is "System Error. Call Customer Service." Then around 12:30 pm it all magically started working again.
It did affect VZW to some extent as well from what I was told. VZW is the foundation for Page Plus service.
