Is the 820 the former T809 that T-Mobile is getting?

i double checked and the specs and form factor are exactly the same. this appears to be a generic version of the t809. the t809 has been customised for t-mobile.

This is a pretty exciting little phone. It is quite a concept, I would be in danger of losing this phone in my pocket amdist all those wads of cash I have. Although, if I had the phone that would probably take care of the wads of cash.
