To clarify, 7.5 hours assuming you place it in it's portable base when not in use. So, if you're going to talk for 1.5 hours straight, yeah, that's the limit. But, when not in use, you would put it on it's portable base, kind of like a carrying case...

No, 1.5 hours is correct. It is not written very well so its easy to get confused. The 7.5 hours comes from using a portable charging device but I am not sure how that works.
