Big red wants everyone to believe there the best, but they don't operate competitively, charge you for a phone upgrade in your monthly payment whether you upgrade or not and fill your handset with crap you don't need now even out loud telling you phones re going to have it and were giving the other end of the app discounts…Man am i left them.
