... at least violate the spirit of Net Neutrality? I'm presuming T-Mobile isn't doing this out of the goodness of their hearts or because they think Facebook is so awesome. Aren't they essentially throttling other social media sites once the 1G is exceeded.
Now I personally have no real objections to companies negotiating deals and creating preferred relationships, but let's call it what it is.
