OneDrive to Alert Users Of Document Changes

When its uploaded their pictures to a governmental organization? Seems to me contextual scanning of automatically uploaded images is a dicey legal territory, or it might be if we had rights we didn't have to agree away to use the service.
Its not an accident either, Picasa sync is enabled by default when you setup google sync, and when it prompts you, you can say "Yes" or "Cancel", but there's no "Hell No" option. Most phonescoop readers can manually disable it pretty easily but many dont know how, and many times people will end up hitting "Yes" when it asks you again and again and again.
