FCC Fines Smart City for Blocking Conventioneers' WiFi

I mean it would be one thing if they were charging $10-15 and doing this. But $80? Yeah, gimmie a freaking break.
They got off light.
What they should have done is fined them $1,000,000 then had their CEO, President and CIO given 80 or more of community service. Having pictures of them in orange jump suits picking up trash around government buildings would send a message.
That would have been hilarious!
