I guess time will tell guys, interface customization to me means the ability of no red bars/and other custom options and my guess is that they will give us this option. At least that's what I'm hoping for.

Here's hoping
I can't stand Verizon's death grip proprietary UI that doesn't allow you to customize anything. It's getting to where there's only a few phones they offer that have a native UI. I'm not overly expectant, but this is a glimmer of hope in the direction of better software in the future.

You guys really need to re-read the article. It states flashes abilities, not what Vzw is planning on allowing on their handsets. Read the last line. The day vzw allows a third party technology to be used on their handsets without restriction hell ...
