Smart pairing

Snapdragon 617 with 3GB

No 800 class but the latest in 600 class and the memory to handle.
Great way to keep the performance.

1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 617?
I know the 615 is in a couple of Mid-range phones but how much better can the 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 be on a "flagship"???????????
