T-Mobile Launches 5G Voice

5G has greater capacity than LTE and is comparable, in that respect, to CDMA voice. I think that 5G will be the best of both worlds once VONR becomes widespread. LTE, despite its speediness and clarity, will never rival CDMA for voice-call capacity. 5G should be able to do both and even more.
