While I definitely give Carl and the designers and developers credit for this kind of notification firewall I can’t get behind the phone 2 because they are not building from the bottom up they are trying to build from the middle out. It’s missing what in my view is the most important thing. Environmental sensors for environment teardown. Many of these sensors not only have their own purpose but aid other features; complement OTHER features and application(s). Not to mention actually HELPING BATTERY life.
Unfortunately at this stage it really is just a phone with a fancy disco light show on the back.
