just thought it would be funny if att, t-mo spring and alltel followed suit like the unlimited calling plans

This plan was already available. Except it was between $30-$40 a month for unlimited text messages and 100 minutes. It was geared towards people that have a hearing disability.

That was called the Accessablity plan, and you're right it was $39.99 for unlimited text messaging (no picture or video msging) but it didn't include use of the mobile web either.
i'm not very pc but the politically correct term for that is hard of hearing (HoH) and deaf is just deaf.

Im I reading this right? 😲 This could run into the hundreds why would anyone get this?
Did you even read the article...Its for people who don't want any minutes!

Some people want to use messaging exclusively, and don't want to pay for voice minutes.

Its also a plan for people that are hearing impaired and cant speak, or anyone els...
