UMB vs. LTE is Qualcomm really charging that much???
Interesting choice for 4G for most carriers. LTE peak speeds of 20Mbs vs. UMB with peak speeds of 280Mbs. Very cool that most everybody has agreed to make LTE one universal data network world wide.

Where are you coming up with LTE peaking at 20Mbs? At the very least, LTE is expected to peak at speeds around 100Mbs with further speed boosts in the future.

I've been with sprint since 2001 and im goin anywhere,unless the really sell to Tmobile as speculated.. these are just questions not statements..but didn't sprint go 3g first? 1st vid phone? first non iden 2way(even though it sucked)? 1st for gsm/cdma phone(in us)? sounds like a lot of firsts...I've heard about dropped call issues and customer service probs(agreed on customer service)..but atleast they didn't sell a 600 dollar phone and then start sellin it for 400 just to make extra money(iphone/att)..atleast they don't only let u call 5 people for free.. don't be cheap and only spend 30 a month on a plan and minutes shouldnt be an issue..atleast they don't make u buy every single freakin song,wallpaper,ringtone,app(getitnow/verizon- no 3rd ...

Sprint is not 1st to 4G because 4G isn't defined yet. WiMax is not 4G. Yet. It probably will be once the definition is complete, but there is still a chance that it won't be.

phonescoop the site were on says "sprint is chosing wimax as its 4g technology" isn't that what it says...I totally agree with a previous post..4g has not been established properly so theres no standard for it yet...but once established we won't know till then if what sprints doing or has done(by then) will be considered 4g...
