apps
It says that you are limited on the apps that you can use because of the android os. What apps can you not use with this phone? Do you guys still have access to use Google Sky Maps, Kindle app, Document programs etc?
Thanks

Hmmm
Great looking phone but I'm waiting for Garmin to release an app for Android because I love my Nexus One :0)

Standalone GPS and Topographical Mapping Programs
I really want to know how this phone performs as a GPS for the backcountry trails and mountains. Anyone who buys this phone for this purpose should leave comments about their experiences please.

Does this thing have Gps?
Any idea? 🤤
You cannot be serious...Its Garmin...The GPS maker...and if you read the description and features it says it has GPs. That should already have been a given for you CELLPHONEXPERT
GPS Assisted or Dedicated
One thing about this review it does not specify is whether this is Assisted GPS (Has to have carrier signal) or Dedicated GPS (turn on airplane mode and go into the Wilds).
It's Dedicated. I'm a Tmo Rep and they had a training on it that highlighted that you could still use the GPS in areas that don't have cell phone signal.
