I wish all providers would carry this phone. How many times have you spoken with the older generation who need big keypads? I do at least once a day.
There are options available. VZW has the Samsung Knack for example, with excelently sized buttons, fonts, and screen. Volume is up there too. Dedicated ICE and 911 buttons bring things into crystal focus for those that need it as simple as possible...
