Good luck with that!

Nokia's doing this because they can't make money off of their own patents. Also because Nokia hasn't really innovated for the past 10 years and has plummeting market share, profit share, and just about any metric of company health.

What will likely happen is Europe will likely get mad that a U.S. company is making money and will attempt to tax it or find it in violation of some BS patent. That's how European companies remain competitive.
