"Satisfaction Guaranteed or Money-Back."

By 2010's standards, "Satisfaction Guaranteed or Money-Back." has become a foreign & alienated concept. Now all sprint has to do is fire all the outsourced employees with their corny accents and lousy manners and hire some North Americans in North America to work the call centers and other departments. Knowing sprint there's a high price for the 30 day gimmick which I only suspect would be outsourcing even more positions. Call me cynical but I'm talking from experience and patterns of not just sprint but companies who's business models look like sprint's.
Nope. No gimmicks. It's real and after telling 5 people I knew that were interested in trying Sprint, they are going this week to visit the stores. Two of these individual's contracts have been up at T-Mobile for roughly 5 months and the others are on...

Yeah, but is this a promotional offer that will expire in X number of days or weeks or months?

I definitely want to get in on this offer! My current plan w/ Tmo expires in May, so I'm hoping that this will be available then.

Anybody know?

There are many many North American Call centers. And many of the people in some of them stillhave accents. 😁

And we are Excellent. In fact recent Polling data have us at the Top of the customer Satisfaction Charts, because we are doing all we ca...

THIS IS THE WORST IDEA EVER!

well for me. Curently i've had sprint since the new CEO took over and have been at radio shack for 2 years. We are a 100+ phone a month store with 69% Sprint 28% At&t and 3% Tmobile. I am however starting with VZW(private franchise) on saturday and in the next year or 2 it will be difficult to sell against sprint.

Right now in my area its 90% VZW and we still sell 100 phones a month. Its gonna switch and again ill have to sell against a superior carrier. Can't lie tho sprints customer service and service is amazing.
Well when Sprint roams im sure its mostly on Verizon so you get the best of both plus of course Sprints Pricing as you know is better!

For the record...

no she doesn't download or want to use data/ringtones/wallpapers etc...she only uses it for calls and text. stop acting like sprint is some innocent company with clean hands.
Sprint is not going in and charging her for data she isn't using. Maybe she only wants to use it for text and talking, but there is something else going on. Usually it is improper use of picture mail or she has a widget of some sort active on the phon...

Well my phsycologist father in law, who I brought over to Verizon two years ago is getting charged for data, and there is no data he is using, and he cant wait to leave verizon. But he is to lazy to call into customer care and get his internet blocked...

It's amazing how uneducated consumers are...

There are fees for a reason. Now what Sprint is doing is awesome. It's another thing that sets them apart from the rest of the industry.

People need to start getting over Sprint's reputation. It is not the Sprint of the past. Customers who make fun of sprint for their customer service/coverage make me laugh. Their coverage was just rated most reliable again, and their customer service numbers are what? number 1 in the industry.

Get over the reputation that Sprint used to have. Thats so 3 years ago.
yeaaaa....which explains why my aunt who is a pharmacist who I brought to sprint years ago is itching to leave today because they keep charging her for data and her bill is never the same and when she calls she gets pablo or jose who griefs her until ...

Wow, Sprint, smart move!

I already gave them a try and my 30 days are almost up, but honestly, I like my service, my plan, and my phone.

Sprint is really good now, I commend them for all of the hard work they have done to improve and in a few years it will pay off and I am sure they will gain back most subscribers they lost within the next few years.

No doubt - welcome news, but they should have done 1 more thing...

That infernal 2yr contract.

I learned recently that Sprint only has 2-yr contract or longer options - no "no contract/bring your own hardware, and apparently not even a 1yr contract.

So, while this 30-day policy might induce some to try Sprint, it won't work for me. I need the freedom/flexibility to move to the BEST HARDWARE/TECHNOLOGY/SIGNAL combination I can find, and I am happy and willing to buy my own hardware on the open market to have the freedom to move when necessary.
=====================================
Example: I was with Verizon for 5yrs, x 7 phones, because CMDA and their signal in our locale was superior. So, obviously I was free to move to a competing carrier after the 1st year (I bought phones w/ 1yr, but not 2yr, wh...

Tell me more about you....... 🤣
Perhaps for 4G or 3G connection cards there isn't a plan without a 2 year SA. However, as price plans are concerned, Sprint does have a Month-to-Month plan that doesn't require a contract. So, if you started service with your own equipment on that pri...

I surprized at one of the least best customer oriated Cell networks is actually doing something

The customer wants. It is shocking to say that any company can charge a person fees or any of that crap if you don't like their product or service. Keep in mind. We ALL could be customers for them in the future(I won't with sprint however 3 years is enough for me too much account BS to deal with even with the new CEO) but who ever cancels may go back to them sometime sooner or later so it is good to still treat the customer right even if they are leaving. They should leave fee, service and restocking fee free. It is just insane we get charged if their phone was trash, or network/ price didn't make them happy.
I agree the other fees should be waived, but if you cancel your line, the company is basically throwing away a 200-600 piece of hardware.

WAY TO GO SPRINT

😁 FINALLY NO ONE CAN BEAT THE PLANS,THE PHONES AND NOW THIS WOW WHAT A GREAT JOB!!!!!!!
I think it's going to be a better PR and Marketing tool then an actual policy. Don't get me wrong, I think it's a great move to offer this service, but I think it'll be more effective for PR and Marketing then an actual service that new customer's wil...

There should be no reason now, not to try them.

Absolutely no risk across the board for 30 days? Another good move.

Sprint is bending over backwards for subscribers. Please try em. They need the customers. Try the EVO 4G when it comes out. Please. I feel sorry for them. 😢 🤤

I agree, this is a great step for them, and plays to one of the biggest inhibitors to new customers (they don't want to pay out the money)
