I ask because the only way ppl have a bad experience is if a location can't "fix" their problem. If I have to go to a corp store for help then I would just buy the equipment their in the first place to make sure the place that can help stays in business.
Personally I think we will see more device manufacturer stores coming. Apple has done it. Nokia has some, Sony has a few, Motorola has a few. Usually they are in major cities but I like buying equipment from where I will get the help from.
