No 700 Mhz

It would have been smart to also include the 700 Mhz band for LTE Roaming.

I agree.

I think it is really something when the smaller carriers pave the way for aggressive determination in delivering new technology.

How long would we have had to wait for a 4G technology if not for Sprint or MetroPCS?
