...is never a good thing. Glad to see these bureaucrats realize that this proposed merger deserves detailed scrutiny and finally the BIG THUMBS DOWN!!!
Actually, in this case Early Termination would shoot the merger down if it didn't pass the scrutinization. So if you oppose the buyout, then this Early Termination is a good thing. 🤣
