Shareholder Seeks to Alter RIM's Management Structure
What took so long?
If I were an investor or a member of Rim's board i'd have called for this 2 yrs ago when the 10th identical curve came out.
They are doing this now because RIM were hinding info from them on how their sales have been these past year or so.
