LightSquared Asks FCC for Filing Extension
These guys seem to be missing brain cells
They already states, several times, to more than one individual, that they can cap their frequencies short of GPS so that it does not interfere. Why don't they just Cap it already? Their machine will either cut the frequency off, or it wont, so what the hell is taking them so long? I personally think the FCC should give them all the time they want. If they can perfect this technology in 3 / 5 months so that it doesnt interfere, why not let them start up their business then?
