What kind of HSPA+ network are they running. 21 Mbps? 42 Mbps? Wont matter. There are no 42 Mbps cellular devices currently released. Even with T-mobile having a 42 Mbps HSPA+ network, as you can see, their average down is 3.7Mbps with max at 15.23Mbps. There is no way that they will deliver 10 Mbps CONSISTENTLY with a HSPA+ network unless Several powerful phones are released that support HSPA+ 42.2 (as I type this post, zero exist).
