HMMM(trying to sweeten customers lives *for free?*.I dont get it this is America nothing if free.sooner or later you will pay....
They give away rollover minutes all the time, it costs nothing and 90% of the time they are unused and end up expiring....it really is no big deal, it is like giving away water.

Didn't they do the same thing for their at-risk customers a month before Verizon launched the iPhone in February?
I know that people tend to think that big companies like at&t are omniscient, but they really have no way of knowing who is 'at risk' of leaving for Verizon or anywhere else....they can't actually read anybody's mind and they don't know whether or not...

The Answer is Simple...
The iPhone is coming out to more carriers and they want to entice their customers to stay just like when they offered early upgrades to all their customers when Verizon also got the iPhone.
This has nothing to do with iPhone and everything to do with T-Mobile.

Would be introducing Rollover data as well, and becoming the only carrier making that offer!

I accepted the offer even though I don't really need any additional minutes....
I thought it was a very odd email so I actually called to make sure the offer was legit before responding, I thought it might be phishing attempt.
