All I can say is that I will not be surprised if I see a major spike in KYOCERA (Kyoto Ceramics) products that QUALCOMM have a distinct relationship with.Other than the fact that QUALCOMM demand a fat royalty for their chips, and I understand it in principal, but really? I was in the United States Navy when QUALCOMM were running trials, and when they received a contract for their technology. All I can say is, you better bring your "A" game when you are trying to duplicate this technology. Royalties will still be due though.
