How about showing support for a product who's warranty expired? Once your HP product goes out of warranty, you can no longer chat nor even email them a question without being charged a fee.

WebOS
The decision to prematurely dump WebOS, was a huge mistake. This platform is worthy of so much. HP had a chance to propel WebOS into a viable position for developers and place it as the top OS in the world. I banked that with HP being the largest PC maker in the world, would've brought out the full potential in WebOS in marketing, sales and operational characteristics of what it had to offer.
I'm embarrassed for this company and feel getting rid of this CEO, is the only smart move they've made this year.

John B. I felt the same way but I also feared that HP was just buying a competitor to just get them out of the way with the way the handle this entire mess.
Meg Whitman is a good CEO, she did a good job with ebay.

As little as I care for WebOS...
I'm still glad to see this "Apothecary" guy stripped of power. He has taken a once proud brand name and virtually made it a PR circus. His decision to dump WebOS was a bit shortsighted as it's actually a pretty decent OS on tablets. It could be great if it had more support from app developers.
