I highly recommend people listen to the "American Life" expose on this slimebag company. Regardless of how you feel about the messed up state of software patents, these guys are straight up scum.
Seems like so many companies simply are simply think tanks that file hundreds of thousands of patents, then do nothing with them except wait for someone to 'infringe' upon them so they can sue.
