Verizon
Verizon offers nationwide service using 5G NR and 4G LTE technologies. The company offers 5G service in low-band, mid-band, and mmWave radio frequencies. Much of this service operates in common frequency bands used by other carriers, but Verizon has exclusive use of two unique bands: 13 and 48. Band 13 is low-band and currently used for 4G LTE service. Band 48 is mid-band and used for 4G as well, but migrating to 5G in the future. The company previously used CDMA technology for its 2G and 3G networks, but was one of the first to end such service.
