Question about being a severanced employee and my rate plan
Recently, my rate plan was changed from the $30-Sero plan that I've had for the last three years with my Blackberry Curve to the $40 SERO premium. I can live with that since I'm pretty sure that I was supposed to be getting charged for my blackberry data pack and haven't been. However, the 25% discount was removed also. I can't find my severance packet provided for me when my store was shut down, so I don't remember if I'm supposed to keep that discount or not. Anyone out there know? I don't want to call CC and complain about something that I'm not supposed to be getting.

My understanding of how those plans work is this. You can have your SERO plan, or a regular plan with your 25% employee discount, but not both. Same with the new discount plans that the EVO and such phones require...they won't receive any additional company discounts or anything.
