I'm thinking of getting a cyclops, but I'm wondering how or if I can transfer my pictures from the phone to my PC?

Just bought one a month or so ago. Pictures can be transferred to your pc but you have to first send them to VM's my pix for .25c 😡 then send them to your pc or elsewhere. I like the red backlighting and the LOUD ringer. I hate the screensaver that they provide and don't try to download their pictures to use as a screensaver because it won't work as a screen saver but will work as a wallpaper. Your'e stuck with what they provide or you can take a pic with the camera and use that as a screen saver. The current price has dropped to around $49.99 at Best Buy...not a bad deal.
