Phone not activated after 5 days
I called customer service on Sunday (going all the way downtown to use a land line at school), and the first woman was nice, but didn't get it - she told me to do the whole ##whatever thing again, and if it didn't activate after 4 hours, to call back. It didn't, and I did. I also emailed VM cust. service on Friday night, and just TODAY got a message. The girl on the phone the 2nd time told me to do the same thing (...

i used to be a sprint kid ... i have virgin mobile now, and work for at&t lol ...
usually with a problem activationg the phone, right off the bat, i'd just take the phone back to the point of purchase and exchange it there ...
kinda had a similar problem with my cyclops when i first bought it ... but yeah ...
