Yes, it is $4.99/ month OR 5mb whichever comes first. That's it, no other charges. All you have to do is click on VXL and scroll past all the xl stuff and go to "surf the web". You can also disable the graphics to make your 5 bucks last longer but 5mb is like 500+ web pages!. I check my email every day at work and when I'm away from my pc and surf the web and the 5 bucks lasts a long time for me. 😁
