Wow
Has anyone else been flat-out ripped off by Virgin Mobile? I ordered a phone from their website and they told me that my order had never been placed, yet they still charged my bank account for it. I've been trying to reach someone there about this for two days and no one will respond to my e-mails and the uneducated teenagers that work for their customer service on the phone have no idea what they're talking about and keep running me around in circles. I really thought Virgin was a large enough company that they wouldn't have to steal from people but apparently I was wrong! 👿

😲 OH NO 😲 You don't say. 🤣
Its no big deal. You make it sound like they committed a big offense to the Wireless World. They're a Prepaid Company! What'd you expect. Its was a simple Error in the Internet Transmission from Web to Warehouse. But it sounds like you just want to give up your money so easily for a dumb error (or as you like to call it "stealing your money") And yeah, your dealing with stupid teanagers in Costumer Service. So its up to you to ask the right questions to direct them in helping you get your money back, or have them find your phone and ship it to you.
Ask for the Website section
Ask for a Refund
Ask for manager
Talk to your bank for cancel the Transaction
But don't bitch that Virgin Mobile stole...

I hate to be truthful, but to have a customer order something and not send them a product is indeed stealing.
it's just a mess up on their back end, he had every right in the book to be upset. He paid his money for a product and didn't get what he paid for.

I agree with you, and some people need to vent on their issues. EVERY carrier has dropped the ball sometime on carriers that do telesales or web-sales.
